The Contract Management Support role is responsible for the timely printing, sorting, review, and delivery of documentation to internal and external customers/partners. The duties of this job require a high attention to detail, ability to effectively manage timelines, and a high degree organization. Drive, determination, and a self-disciplined approach are necessary skills for successful job performance.  
Responsibilities include: 
  • Print various documents post contract management associate review
  • Organize documents into like groups
  • Prepare documentation bundles for signature and mailing
  • Work with co-workers to ensure department goals are met or exceeded
  • Other duties as assigned
Key Result Areas:
  • Maintain department quality and timeline standards
  • Meet or exceed individual goals and competencies


  • The ideal candidate has previous document management experience, dealing with large volumes of paper documentation
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • High School education or equivalent required, associate or bachelor degree preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
