Position Summary:

Oversee Treasury Analysts whose responsibilities it is to fund, repurchase and reconcile warehouse balances with lenders while ensuring compliance with warehouse agreements. Managing IT/OR builds for new and existing warehouses – Decision Engines, IT builds and QRM - including but not limited to Business Requirements, testing, coordinating with other impacted departments to ensure successful rollout.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Examples below:

  • Train Balance Sheet Team Players to learn warehouse systems and monitor compliance with warehouse agreements.
  • Train Team Players reconciliation processes with warehouse lenders (principal, interest and fees).
  • Research and analyze atypical use of PHH equity and report to management.
  • Ensure that every loan held on the balance sheet is funded into a warehouse.
  • Maintain compliance with each warehouse agreement and communicate daily with external lenders. The loans funded into warehouses are booked to the general ledger and audits are performed regularly with internal and external auditors.
  • Hands on supervision, problem solving, periodic auditing of reporting and results.
  • Daily contact with external lenders and internal team players for those responsibilities where there is departmental cross-over such as Capital Markets, Secondary Ops, Loan Funding, Cash Management, Financial Planning and Analysis, IT and Servicing.




To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required
  • 5 years of experience working on a team is required
  • Treasury experience preferred
  • Experience with interest rate swaps a plus


Training / Licensing Requirements:

  • Must pass the Company’s Background Screening process prior to beginning employment.  Additionally, as a condition of employment, you may be required to pass client-specific background check requirements or Federal/State licensing requirements, if applicable.
