Position Summary:
The Implementation Manager will be involved in the definition and execution of strategic/tactical plans for all Sales related projects and improvement plans. The Implementation Team is responsible for continuously advancing corporate, vendor and interdepartmental relationships to ensure we are meeting the growth, regulatory and operational needs of the company.  This position will be utilized as a resource lead for global initiatives that affect mortgage fulfillment business, and is responsible for project planning, project and/or process implementation. The position will proactively manage operational risks, align with overall business strategy designed to achieve financial goals, increase efficiency, and deliver superior customer satisfaction.  The selected candidate will interact with Senior/Executive Leadership to review both tactical and strategic initiatives.
Job Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Lead & Participate in large-scale company initiatives providing representation for Operational interest for integrations, technology projects and enhancements.
  • Develop project plans and deliverables, specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency planning, and allocation of available resources
  • Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to established projects and initiatives; implementing change to improve production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Develop and document procedures that support key processes.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and sponsor level leadership to define business and functional requirements.  Serve as a liaison with technology partners.
  • Implement & Transition business processes to the fulfillment team by executing any necessary communication, artifacts and/or training (beyond Learning & Development scope) as needed.
  • Provide leadership and motivation when needed to project team members throughout project life cycle
  • Other duties as assigned


To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience:
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 5 Years in Financial Services and Sales, Mortgage Industry preferred with 2 Years at the Supervisor or Above
  • Demonstrated competency in project management and the execution of multiple projects
  • Ability to measure, analyze and evaluate processes, controls, and risks
  • Knowledge of reporting and dashboard tools (SharePoint etc.), MS Office Suite (Access, Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, Visio)
  • Ability to function effectively with a team through a matrix relationship 
  • Strategic thinking, analytic and problem-solving skills  
  • Strong Communication and Influencing skills
  • Experienced Participation in Operational Projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of management to ensure effective implementation of time-sensitive initiatives, identify deficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills required in order to provide guidance and recommendations to all leadership levels.
  • Proven experience creating dashboards and summarizing critical data points
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Able to collaborate with business partners/project team members to accomplish required project tasks
  • Ability to identity and mitigate risks, escalate issues to project leaders and Operations senior management and drive issues to resolution.
  • Experience negotiating with business partners and external vendors.
