Position Summary:

User Access Management process is aligned to Information Security team. In this role, individual is expected to manage a team of dynamic individuals who work on provisioning and deprovisioning access requests for applications as part or onboarding and offboarding request. Individual should possess the capability to identify appropriate risks, implement and monitor necessary controls to ensure all User Access Management related requirements are in compliance with the requirements. Extensive interfacing with stakeholders across IT and Business is expected to gather information, perform gap assessments and streamline activities as and when required. Individual is also expected to face audits and ensure adherence to client and regulatory requirements in line with organizational policies.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

•The User Access Management Manager is responsible governance on system/ application access control and associated compliance across all Ocwen applications
•The processing of Account Creation requests in line with the associated Standard Operating Procedure and contracted Service Level Agreement and Termination of accounts in line with the corporate Service Level Agreement
•Security of corporate systems maintained through a stringent password reset process
•Management of user accounts, following the associated Standard Operating Procedures
•Works independently on security, authorization and user administration related requests
•Reviewing of access right at periodic intervals and address any escalations pertaining to the access requests with appropriate approvals.
•Oversees customer communications for Access related issues
•Responsible for identifying Access related security issues and escalating it through the right channel as required.
•Conduct assessment/review of IT processes and recommend action for improving with regards to Access management
•Interface with business users, collect their feedback on IT functions performance, and drive improvements
•Keep abreast with latest security and privacy regulations, advisories and alerts.
•Implement the Information Security Policy and Standards across the organization in line with the access management policy
•Assist the reporting team and IT Stakeholders in defining IT strategy, information architecture and other technology directions


Qualifications

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
• 7-10 yrs of experience in the field of User Access Management and handing operational recertification related security audits
• At least five (5) years of Information Systems & Security audit experience
• Experience in implementing IT controls within the IT governance framework and adhering to overall governance framework aligned to standards like ISO 27001/ITIL
• Understanding and experience with risk and compliance (GRC) concepts
• Preferred, exposure to Financial Services industry
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal) including effective presentation and training skills to all levels of the organization and the ability to communicate IT risk in business terms; confidence to talk and present to senior leadership
• Experience in reporting, preparing dashboards for management reporting and hands on experience in documentation using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project etc.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment with stringent deadlines.
• Highly detail oriented and have relevant experience in handling internal and external nternal audits.
• Must be able to take initiative in the interest of company and its customers.
• Good communication/ good attitude, commitment and dedication.
• Possesses skills like critical thinking, decision-making, conflict resolution, communication, leadership and problem solving skills.
