TRAINING / LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
• Must pass the Company’s Background Screening process prior to beginning employment. Additionally, as a condition of employment, you may be required to pass client-specific background check requirements or Federal/State licensing requirements, if applicable.
WORK SCHEDULE
• Various shifts available to ensure business needs are meet during the call center hours of operations: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 9:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Most shifts include a rotating Saturday.
