The Corporate Training department is responsible for all learning and development tasks for employees in Ocwen. In line with Ocwen’s employee development initiative, Corporate Training conducts new hire training and specialized training programs.

This position reports to Manager Corporate Training


• Conduct process training that helps improve knowledge of participants and also helps boost their work performance
• Deliver new hire training & refresher trainings in adherence with the training schedules
• Keep the training schedule for New Hires updated at all the times
• Maintain daily/weekly new hire training progress reports
• Update training materials with ongoing process changes
• Conduct monthly PKTs & publish the training reports to all stakeholders
• Suggest training interventions to help agents come up the learning curve

Key Result Areas:

• New Hire batches to complete process training with a minimum average score of 95%
• Deliver training requirements timely and qualitatively
• Maintain baseline levels for new hire throughput, operational efficiency and training feedback
• Review & develop training content so as to keep it updated as per the latest process changes
• Keep training records updated, publish training MIS to all stakeholders and keep Utilization tracker updated
• Achieve a NPS score of 70% or above for all the training programs conducted


• Graduate/Post Graduate
• Total Work experience of 5 Years or more; domain experience of Research/Contact Centre for 3 or more years preferable
• Flair for Training and interacting with people
• Excellent presentation, exceptional written & verbal skills
• Must be detail oriented and must have positive outlook
• Leadership and people management skills are required as the position will be required to interact with BU & CT leadership
• Knowledge of MS office is required (specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Must be willing to travel both internationally & within India
• Must be flexible for Day & Night shifts as per business requirement
• Tactful in handling difficult situations and people.
• Ability to work under pressure
