Position Summary:

As a Manager for Cloud Operation team candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating operational activities for externally facing Cloud services, staging and development environments for development team. This role will require working closely with cross functional teams to ensure that the operational needs of cloud services are met with a focus on cost, quality, availability and security.

This position will require hands-on technical skills on AWS tools/technologies, strong communication and organizational skills to manage the delivery of the service during the full Production lifecycle.


•Take ownership of deliveries that form part of product releases in terms of Cloud tools, deployment and monitoring of cloud service
•Lead and mentor Cloud Operations team members to deliver high quality deliverables
•Establish as a Cloud Operations escalation point for production issues RCA (Root cause Analysis), fixes and deployment with out of office support as needed
•Plan, track and report project progress to internal and external stakeholders
•Understand Ocwen Environment, tools and technologies to ensure that all changes comply to the defined architecture
•Lookout for latest Cloud focused technology trends and standards

Key Result Areas: (if needed)

•Optimize the AWS cost for the Cloud operation - Identify oversized and idle resources and examine granular details of our AWS spend



• Overall 9 years of experience in Cloud infrastructure tools development and production Site management.
• Bachelors or master's in computer science/Engineering with 3 years' of experience in managing Enterprise grade Cloud Service infrastructure and team
• Be able to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement
• A general understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (Virtual servers, networking, Load balancer, Storage, Security roles) and hands-on experience in the field of IT operations
• Excellent people management skills to set goals, provide feedback, identify coaching/mentoring needs and deal with conflict situations in a professional manner as per stakeholder's expectations.
• Must have excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
