PositionSummary:

Under the supervision of the Post FundingOperations Manager, the Investor Delivery Pipeline Manager act as the mainpoint of contact with Warehouse Lenders, Document Custodians, Sub-servicers,and Investors on post funding issues to ensure timely and accurate purchases.

Job Functionsand Responsibilities:


To perform this job successfully, an individualmust be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Prompt response to incoming calls, e-mails and all communications from Warehouse Lenders, Document Custodians, Sub-servicers, Investors and internal employees
  • Proactive response and support of Warehouse Lenders, Document Custodians, Sub-servicers, Investors and internal employees
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Partners to resolve all loan-level conditions
  • Works closely with Secondary Marketing, Warehouse Lender, Document Custodian, Investors, and Sub-servicers in fulfilling GNMA pool settlements
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline, collateral exceptions, GNMA pool issuance, and conditions
  • Assist in gathering all forms and conditions required to purchase the loan and perform follow up as needed
    Collaborate with staff and management to find solutions on escalated conditions
  • Manage loans by utilizing HELOS, Doc Velocity, Imagen, emails, comments,  external websites
  • Develop and document all processes and systems necessary to achieve departmental goals
  • Review and analyze documentation for completeness and compliance with internal and external regulatory guidelines
  • Review all required reports and inspections to ensure compliance with Investor and FHA guidelines
  • Monitor and utilize MERS on a daily basis for registration validation and servicing transfers
  • Maintain high level of customer service and communication with Partners and other departments
  • Manages Post Closing customer service phone calls and emails
  • Cross-train in all positions to build knowledge and experience
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Adhere to Liberty’s Service Philosophy and Standards

Qualifications

Qualifications:


To perform this job successfully, an individualmust have the following education and/or experience:

  • High School Diploma, GED or military equivalent
  • Two to four years related experience or equivalent preferred
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Thorough working knowledge of real estate documentation, policies, compliance and procedures
  • 3 years of pipeline management experience in the mortgage industry, preferably with reverse mortgages.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong computer skills
  • Communication skills that can build internal and external relationships, such as with Investor Partners, Operations, Sales and Management
  • Exceptional organizational skills and operational focus
  • Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork, including the development and maintenance of files and records
  • Experience in mortgage operations preferred
  • Proficient computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Training / Licensing Requirements:

  • Must pass the Company’s Background Screeningprocess prior to beginning employment. Additionally, as a condition of employment, you may be required to passclient-specific background check requirements or Federal/State licensingrequirements, if applicable.
