•Application and job monitoring on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
•Supporting all the patching activities related to servers and applications
•Issue and gap analysis for Incidents/requests for all the supported applications and processes

•Installing and configuring sites on webservers such as Weblogic, Apache Tomcat, JBOSS
•Performance monitoring
•Performance tuning
•Thorough knowledge of ITIL operational processes like Incident Management, Change Management, Release Management, Problem Management and Service Improvements
•Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents
•Configuring and troubleshooting issues related to IIS
•Good understanding of Linux fundamentals
•Knowledge of database concepts and SQL querying fundamentals, including ability to write SQL queries for routine tasks
•Installing webservers patches, service packs etc.
•Troubleshooting issues by analyzing logs.
•Webservers and Application server administration.
•Liaising with vendors for application issues.
•Carrying out Thread Dump Analysis, Heap dump analysis, etc.
•Developing automation scripts.
•Applying utilities like WebLogic.Admin, WebLogic.Deployer, etc.
•Integrating with HTTP servers.
•Troubleshooting of JAR, EAR, WAR, etc.
•Independently resolve Production issues within stipulated SLA and ensure positive response customer experience and CSAT.
•Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement
•Flexible to work in night shifts and 24/7 model on a rotational basis.
•Set an example to junior team members by adhering to prevailing industry-wide and Ocwen-specific best practices
•Quick to learn new concepts, adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude
•Take ownership of all client interactions, utilize appropriate follow-through, and log all client interactions. Provide timely feedback to external and internal Clients via phone, e-mail, or other form of communication.




• UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Computers
• PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
• Overall 5 years of experience as support specialist managing multiple applications
• Should have worked on at least 1 webserver platform
• Good understanding of IIS troubleshooting and Linux fundamentals


Certifications for web servers such as Weblogic, Apache Tomcat and JBoss would be preferable (but not mandatory)


Flexible to work in night shifts and 24/7 model on a rotational basis.
