Job Description



•The Web Coordinator, Correspondence & Web will work with multiple teams within Ocwen/PHH Mortgage to our new loan servicing website portal for borrowers and new mobile application(s)
•The Web Coordinator will work with various management and internal teams in the fulfillment of daily website tasks, analysis, documentation and testing responsibilities
•The Web Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the new Servicing Digital website, user administration console, reporting, and content management responsibilities
•The Web Coordinator will perform ad-hoc data analysis and work with various internal and external teams to provide timely and thorough responses on root cause analysis, website data and other requested information


•Help develop test cases and perform User Acceptance Testing – performing validations and capturing results.
•Work with internal teams to create and maintain a wireframe library and documentation (including Policies and procedures and training materials) for current website functionality as well as any new features or projects being developed.
•Help monitor and track business unit’s response to web incidents, working with various teams to provide timely and thorough responses on root cause analysis, resolution tips, and other requested information.
•Manage and monitor web analytics reporting to produce regular reporting on website traffic trends and visitor data and identify trends and opportunities.
•Assist team with creating/automating ad-hoc reports using advanced Excel.
•Work with technical teams and vendor partners to establish alert/monitoring reports and better communication and troubleshooting for website issues as they occur.
•Assist in creating a new website user guides and training materials for each website for agents and other internal teams.
•Other duties as assigned.
•Will report to the Manager, Correspondence-Web.



• Graduation in Engineering/ Computer Science/ IT.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in website management with demonstrable experience in testing
• Familiar with mobile web, mobile application and mobile testing
• Familiar with user acceptance testing, writing test scripts, logging defects and capturing screenshots and results.
• Experience working in a Help Desk, responding to website-support related queries and writing website documentation a plus.
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build effective relationships internally with various business units.
• Advance knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite products with a superior knowledge of MS-Word and MS-Excel.
• Complex problem solving, and strong analytical skills are required
• Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines, prioritize critical issues and work under pressure
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, SQL would be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a long-distance team environment is required
