Job Description

The Analyst position in Capital Markets will support the valuation and hedging activities related to the firm's mortgage servicing rights ("MSR" asset, the company's largest and most complex asset. Management of the MSR asset includes the valuation of new MSR volume (either through organic originations or acquisitions), MSR capitalization grids, the existing MSR asset and its associated hedges.

- Stratify existing and potential purchases of MSR.
- Support recurring MSR Asset and Hedge valuations - preferably using MIAC's cash flow model or comparable valuation models.
- Produce recurring risk analytics of the MSR asset and respective hedges.
- Enhance and develop analytical and operational infrastructure relating to the MSR valuation, risk metrics and reporting.
- Work on MSR pricing grids to enable efficient acquisitions.
- Design and generate reporting to support month-end and quarter-end MSR valuation and risk profile

- Bachelor's Degree required, with casework or major in engineering, mathematics/statistics, economic or finance;
- Experience in modeling, VBA, SQL as well as great knowledge of systems and ability to manage large data sets
