POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Training, this fully remote position is primarily responsible for executing the training and education program(s) for Ocwen. This position assists in the development and training of programs such as Mortgage Lending 101, Global New Hire Training, Processing, Sales, Underwriting, Systems, and refresher courses including overall product, process, and soft skills development.

JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct skills based, product knowledge, orientation, operations, compliance, and technology training for voice and non-voice functions
• Increase competency and productivity of experienced professionals through group and individual training interventions
• Engage leadership across the business in bi-weekly calibrations to discuss trainee progress and opportunities
• Research industry methodologies and best practices integrating those into professional practice
• Consistently analyze outdated content and trends to prepare refresher sessions as needed
• Assist in the design and development of comprehensive learning solutions
• Take an active role in the evaluation process to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning solutions
• Implement learning solutions including program management, course delivery, and facilitation through a range of methods (e.g., virtual instructor led, blended learning, roleplaying, simulations, etc.)
• Maintain trainee performance tracking and training records

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
• Degree from an accredited University in Education, Finance, Economics, Management, Communications, Psychology, Business Management, or equivalent related business experience required
• Minimum 2 years' experience in learning and development, people management, and/or process management required
• Mortgage lending or financial services industry experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to maintain reliable follow through and maintain high quality output
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
• Proficiency in working collaboratively with subject matter experts and all levels of management to ensure effective adoption of time-sensitive initiatives, identified deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Ability to prioritize, manage competing priorities, and work under tight deadlines
• Working knowledge of the principles and methodologies associated with training; adult learning, psychological safety, metacognition, learner engagement, bottom-up training, blooms taxonomy, etc.

WORK SCHEDULE OR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Night Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
(Preferred) 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM PHT

Mid-Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
(Optional) 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM PHT
