Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Training, this fully remote position is primarily responsible for development of bulletins, announcements, internal/external communications, product documentation and other communications. This position assists in the planning and execution of communication activities within Correspondent Lending.

• Consult with senior leadership and subject matter experts to craft and distribute internal and external communications
• Liaise with vendors, third party clients, compliance, senior leadership, and other stakeholders as applicable
• Consistently analyze outdated content to prepare for quarterly updates to product documentation and communications
• Conduct analysis and develop communications related to implementation and administration of compliance, technology, and technical changes
• Adhere to corporate branding and communication guidelines to ensure the look, feel, identity, and overall communications are consistent and on message
• Utilize a range of industry methodologies to effectively design, develop, and distribute communication
• Provide expertise and support for highly visible documents or other written communications
• Establish systems and processes allowing replication and scale of successful initiatives
• Execute special projects or other related duties on occasion or as needed

• Degree from an accredited University in Finance, Marketing, Management, Communications, Psychology, Business Management, or equivalent related business experience required
• Minimum 3 years' experience in organizational management, marketing, communications, or risk and compliance required
• Mortgage lending or financial services industry experience strongly preferred
• Instructional design or technical writing experience, a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to maintain reliable follow through and maintain high quality output
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
• Proficiency in working collaboratively with subject matter experts and all levels of management to ensure effective adoption of time-sensitive initiatives, identified deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Ability to prioritize, manage competing priorities, and work under tight deadlines
• Mastery of English-language with the ability to read and comprehend instructions, write correspondence, and develop memorandums

Night Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST
Mid Shift: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST
