Job Description


Job Functions:

  • Processes promissory notes by reviewing chain of title, executing internal allonges or requesting from outside third parties, and shipping to proper party when requested. Follows up as needed for pending documents. 60%
  • Responds to internal and outside requests received via the team mailboxes. 35%
  • Completes special projects and other duties as assigned. 5%
  • Cross trained to assist with job functions in the division during periods of peak volumes or deadlines. Percentage of time varies based on divisional workload.

Qualifications

  • One-year mortgage servicing or related experience
  • Working knowledge of Promissory Note and Mortgage Documents
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Must have ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Must have good decision-making skills and ability to research & show initiative in solving problems
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and be able to handle multiple & changing priorities
  • Must have ability to work in and promote a team environment
  • PC Experience – Microsoft Word & Excel required
  • Ability to use 10 key calculators accurately as well as all other standard office equipment.

Conditions of work:

  • Overtime as needed.
