POSITION SUMMARY:
Senior Manager, Solutions Delivery will work in the leadership team as an individual contributor. This position will provide application architecture oversight, key thought leadership in the development of application strategies / roadmap and solutions that align with the business goals. Key area of focus will be in the Application modernization (including cloud native adoption) to conceptualize & execute on the to-be state. Assessment of the current landscape which includes enterprise solutions such as portals, mobile enablement, middleware API frameworks, standalone applications, ERP systems, SaaS/COTS, workforce management systems. The Sr. Mgr. will work with Development teams and will be responsible for delivering projects through SDLC and/or Agile methodologies. A very sound working knowledge of Data Warehousing, identity management, and content management an added plus. Demonstrates leadership and people management skills, regularly interacts with senior management to drive architecture, design & development. Develop monthly review presentations for Executive Leadership Teams.

JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Enterprise & Application Architecture expertise
• Hands on knowledge in latest application software tools & methodologies
• Build effective partnerships with the leadership team to facilitate technology planning, establish strategy, and prioritize the project portfolio
• Ability to work with other IT Solutions Delivery teams such as the Enterprise Software Assurance Group to conduct extensive testing of various applications to confirm the suitability of the applications, Business Requirements Group to get as inputs the requirements based on which software solutions can be developed or enhanced
• Manage multiple project initiatives, provide project structure, resource plans and drive project delivery to ensure that the business goals and objectives are met
• Responsible for proprietary software development, enterprise software architecture controls and governance
• Involve working with project managers, technical leads and analysts Internal and external both. Should demonstrate sound knowledge and experience in software development life cycle best practices including agile development strategies
• Resolve all project issues including budget, timeline, scope changes, software functionality and technology including managing project quality to ensure meeting business requirements
• Comply with all regulatory guidelines on software development and change management
• Must have worked on insourcing project / product development work from external vendor partners
• Java and .NET technologies expertise
• Ability to work in a fast-based enterprise where changes are dynamic
• A plus: Lead diverse teams across several locations/time zones responsible for delivering Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, Documentation, Maintenance, Enhancement and Support of Enterprise applications globally

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 18 plus years of experience in technology management within the financial services industry
• Excellent communication skills
• 5+ years in a senior management role
• Expert knowledge of prevailing application architectures
• Working experience in application modernization & digital transformations in Applications software
• Ability to work with COTS, SaaS as well as in house developed applications
• Bachelor’s degree must. Master’s degree preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a plus
• Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt Certification is a plus
• Solid knowledge of and demonstrated experience in project management processes and resultant methodologies
• Experience creating business process maps and master data designs for complicated business requirements is a plus
• Knowledge of computer security, audit procedures and requirements
• Captive experience is a huge plus but developer lead experience within Service Integrators is welcome


WORK SCHEDULE

2 PM to 11 PM (IST) (Needs to be flexible depending on organizational requirement)
