POSITION TITLE: Sr. Specialist , Property Preservation
Provide oversight and monitoring of vendors that handle Property Preservation for the Servicing Operations Oversight Department.
Job Functions and Responsibilities:
May provide management with remediation recommendations of vendor performance deficiencies
Employees are required to successfully complete annual mandatory training requirements and department specific training, as defined by management.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum one year mortgage banking or equivalent work experience in Property Preservation or Default Servicing.
Minimum years of experience required
