POSITION TITLE: Sr. Specialist , Property Preservation

Position Summary:

Provide oversight and monitoring of vendors that handle Property Preservation for the Servicing Operations Oversight Department.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor vendor performance including service level agreements
  • Communicate vendor performance to management
  • Provide management with vendor performance through analysis and reporting
  • Handle escalations from vendors
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts of vendors performance
  • Facilitate issue resolution between internal business partners and vendors
  • May provide management with remediation recommendations of vendor performance deficiencies

  • Employees are required to successfully complete annual mandatory training requirements and department specific training, as defined by management.


To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Minimum one year mortgage banking or equivalent work experience in Property Preservation or Default Servicing.

  • Minimum years of experience required
