POSITION SUMMARY:

• Report to Sr Manager, Cash Management. The role works closely with Vice President, Cash Management and Senior Vice President, Cash Management
• End to end exposure in cash management operations – cash management analysis, forecasting and modeling
• Analyze and report trends, risks and opportunities
• Complete “end-to-end” ownership of projects including planning, execution and implementation

JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cash analysis and modeling, including identifying trends, exception reports and process improvements to ensure accurate reporting
• Evaluate and investigate company cash use and business operational drivers
• Collect, analyze and interpret data, and make recommendations to assist with the implementation of improved cash management
• Become a subject matter expert on the underlying data repository; understanding source, table structures, values, key calculations to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Create new reports, review existing reports and identify overlaps to ensure consistency throughout all reporting of data integrity reports and key performance reports
• Prepare, update and maintain monthly business and management reports including variance reporting and dashboards for proactive monitoring of cash usage
• Identify opportunities to enhance, automate and streamline business reporting, collaborate with business leaders and automation team to design and implement process improvements, quality reviews and reporting solutions
• Support the Cash Management team in various ad-hoc analysis, reports, and one-time assignments and process improvement initiatives
• Ability to work across businesses, geographies and hierarchies to drive corporate initiatives and meet timelines


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Sound understanding of financial modeling
• Strong analytical skills
• Bachelors’ degree in Business or Information Systems discipline preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with reporting and analytics required
• Experience in Mortgage Banking preferred
• Excellent problem solving, logical and data presentation skills
• Strong communication skills with excellent track of working in and with teams
• Office applications: Fluency with MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Proficiency in the use of Oracle reporting tools
• Intermediate to advanced skills with Access and query building software
• Knowledge of Power BI strongly preferred
• Experience in developing dashboards
• Understanding of SQL
