To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below satisfactorily.

Responsible for leading the accurate and timely creation and publishing of daily pricing models used by the Mandatory Desk to price thousands of individual first mortgage loans presented in hundreds of bid tapes everyday the US Bond Market is open

Responsible for the accurate and timely creation and publishing of daily and intraday potentially customer level Best Efforts rate sheets in a manner that meets or exceeds all Pricing related SLAs

Drive the strategy and responsible for developing real time margining reports for use by the Margin Manager and Sales teams to right price at a customer level, ensuring that the reporting meets the needs of the end use client

Collaborate with IT to build a self service whole loan asset purchase platform, where PHH Correspondent Lending customers can price out and commit loans on both a Mandatory and Best Efforts basis

Responsible for Informa (LenderShare) and Advanced Mortgage Analytics (Refinitiv seller -servicer reporting) reports and data mining

Manage team of 1 or 2 pricing and/or reporting analysts ensuring they are focused on customer service to the channel

Work in partnership with other departments to achieve best outcomes for PHH, partners and /or third party vendors, namely Capital Markets, Margin Management and third parties pricing engines and MIAC

Review and confirm the accuracy of all pricing indlucing; prior to publishing, post lock and prefunding

Establish and maintain Pricing & Analytics related policies and procedures and business continuity plans

Perform/ lead user acceptance testing and production validation support for new releases

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience:

Bachelor degree required preferably in the areas of Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

Minimum of seven years mortgage pricing related experience or equivalent

Minimum of three years in a people management role

Ability to model/mine data in MS Excell & Access, SQL required

Demonstrated and proven leadership skill - ability to direct, coach and lead direct and indirect resources

Sense of urgency, successful applicant must be able to identify the time sensitivity of the role, work within these pressures and effectively time manage their responsibilities to meet and exceed expectations

Adaptive and creative thinking capabilities, and a proven ability to make adaptive data led recommendations

Strong communication skills, ability to synthesize complex ideas and present thoughtful solutions
