POSITION SUMMARY:
• The hire will execute projects on digital transformations, process redesign and maximize operational efficiency as well as $$$ saves opportunities for the enterprise.
• In charge of designing, developing, testing and implementing the solutions for digitization of the company.
• Works closely with the RPA stake holders and engaging team in implementing the solution using Robotics Automation.
• Come up with innovating ideas utilizing cutting edge skills using AI/ML algorithms in cognitive automation area.
• Proficiency in Omni channel bots which covers chatbots & voice bots is highly desired.
• Candidates should have substantial experience in standard concepts, practices, technology / tools & methodologies in Digital Transformations including automation, analytics, new/emerging technologies in AI/ML.
• Work on some of the most leading-edge cloud-native and hybrid architectures in development today.
• Collaborate closely with our engineering teams to ensure our solutions are built to reflect your vision and make the best use of current development practices.
• The role will interact with Business Partners in India and USA
• Professional certifications in related technologies are good to have


JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Cradle to grave execution on digital transformational initiatives
• You'll contribute to first-class end-to-end solutions playing an active role in defining our practices, standards, and ways of working, and apply them to your role.
• Open to working across organization and team boundaries to ensure we bring the best to our customers.
• Ideation & pilots on new / emerging technologies such as AI/ML, predictive analytics et al.
• Exploring multiple tools and chose the right technology stack for the problem in hand
• Work closely with the SME's to document "as is" and "to be" processes
• Have good understanding of process discovery and the ability to distinguish between RPA and regular automation
• Consult with internal clients and partners to provide automation expertise
• Support all phases of major initiative developments from Proof-Of-Concept through tangible deliverables.
• Detail oriented and have an aptitude for solving unstructured problems and uses data to back the assumptions and develop business cases
• Provides guidance and help with process design from automation perspective

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Digital transformation projects as an architect. Overall 10+ years' experience is needed.
• At least 1+ years hands on experience in implementing cognitive automation using AI/ML
• Good to have 1+ years hands on experience in UiPath or similar RPA tools, preferably supporting clients with RPA
• Strong proven scripting expertise in Python / R and exposure to various AI/ML algorithms
• Application of ML/Deep learning concepts in cognitive areas - NLP, Computer vision, image analytics is a plus.
• Good to have experience working on OCR solutions
• Good to have good exposure in building virtual agents / chatbots / Voice bots
• Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis and visualization
• Ability to rapidly assimilate complex concepts and form complex digital transformation solutions
• Comfortable with working in a mid-day shift as well as remote working
