POSITION SUMMARY: IT Vendor Management Analyst

JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Highlights:

• The incumbent will be responsible for managing the daily procurement function within the IT VMO department. The functions include, but are not limited to, maintaining and updating internal tracker spreadsheet, submitting vendor Spend forms, and requesting purchase orders for IT hardware, software, maintenance and support contract renewals, and training requirements.
• This is a global role engaging stakeholders across geographies like India, Philippines and US.
• The IT Vendor Management Procurement team works in conjunction with vendors and internal business units to negotiate vendor pricing, discounts, and terms and conditions on contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with other IT VMO team members to review and maintain a yearly maintenance and support contract renewal review calendar
• Manage Oracle Fusion purchase order reporting for monthly business unit review.
• Process and manage all IT hardware and software related service desk tickets via Service Now application that result in purchase orders
• Work in conjunction with vendors and internal business units to negotiate vendor pricing, discounts, and terms and conditions on contracts
• Manage and track of pending invoices and invoice discrepancies
• Maintain knowledge of IT procurement, contracts, purchasing processes, workflows and best practices
• Identify areas of opportunity for cost savings and conduct annual vendor spend analysis.

• Solid PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word experience
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing work items appropriately.
• Self-motivated, self-confident team player that can work well in a fast paced environment. Quick on one's feet, fast thinker
• Process driven; leverage existing sustain processes to efficiently execute duties
• Excellent communication both written and verbal. Facilitation, and elicitation skills to communicate with stakeholder groups
• Balances priorities and manages workload effectively
• Detail-oriented individual to ensure all issues are resolved to customer satisfaction
• Negotiation skills to effectively resolve customer issues by seeking win-win solutions that add value to the customer
• Flexibility: Determines process and priorities based on the requirements of a situation. Quickly adapts approach as the situation changes
• Organizational skills to manage a wide array of information and activities

QUALIFICATIONS: Any Graduation

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE -Graduate with minimum of 3 years of work experience
