POSITION SUMMARY:

The Operations Testing Team is responsible to design, perform and manage periodic tests on various regulatory requirements and regulatory bodies. The Senior Auditor will need to adapt internal processes and understand the requirements to be able to efficiently perform monthly testing and highlight deviations, if any. The employee should be able to communicate the deviations to the concerned Business Units and Testing leadership. The team member will need to maintain required documentations and records, work on ad-hoc tasks and projects. Then agent will need to assist in performing analysis and reports for the management, as and when required.


JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage independently and perform testing for Forward / Reverse servicing end to end process.
• Should be capable of understanding processes and related risks, and preparing testing plans
• Communicating results verbally and in writing to members of senior management
• Provide regular updates to management and process owners on testing outcome
• Work with various business unit representatives and process owners to review and test internal systems and processes
• Investigate opportunities for cost savings or process improvements
• Maintain and update appropriate test work papers
• Follow up timely on remediation items


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent of fifteen years of education. Chartered Accountant or MBA is a plus.
• Prefer candidate with sound experience in Mortgage or Financial Services
• Exposure to Six Sigma Methodology will be an added bonus
• Strong communication and analytical skills required
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) required
• No documented disciplinary action in the past 12 months
• Should have an Appraisal rating of 'Fully Meets Expectations' or above in the last completed performance cycle
• Should have completed 12 months in the organization and 09 months in the current role
