POSITION SUMMARY: The successful candidate in this position will be part of the UAM (User Access Management) team. UAM team primarily takes care of AD Account creation and Access Management on Ocwen's IT systems. It is responsible for the entire lifecycle of user accounts for internal employees and external Vendors/Contractors/Partners, re-certification of access, periodic cleanup of inactive accounts, creating and managing Role Based Access controls in SailPoint IdentityNow IAM tool and handling access requests for 100+ applications in Ocwen/PHH.
JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing Identity lifecycle, Onboarding & Offboarding, User Recertification, and compliance controls.
• Handle tickets assigned to the queue within the defined SLA.
• Monitor the group mailbox and respond to users' queries in a timely manner.
• Diagnose and resolve access-related issues faced by end-users.
• Provide high level of customer service, timeliness, professionalism and quality of work.
• Ensure adherence to required IAM/Information Security controls, policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Drive initiatives and work on projects that improve efficiency through process automation.
• Cross-functional collaboration to identify automation opportunities and minimize access control issues.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
• Bachelor or equivalent degree
• 5+ years of experience in supporting identity and access management, access control
• Expertise in Microsoft's Active Directory, Office 365, Azure AD related to user/group provisioning
• Well-versed in Identity Lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience in managing SailPoint IdentityNow IAM tool is preferred.
• Experience in independently managing end to end User Access Review/Certification for all type of identities (Primary accounts, Service Accounts, Privileged accounts, Administrator etc).
• Knowledge of Powershell scripting would be an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English.
WORK SCHEDULE:
• 24 x 5 operations.
• 9 hours a day, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
• May occasionally need to work on weekends, for critical requirements.
• Flexbility to work primarily in the evening and night shifts.
