The Junior Business Analyst at Liberty Reverse Mortgage will be instrumental in assisting the Senior Business Analyst Team with researching problems or challenges that arise within the business and coordinate solutions through joint design sessions that benefit our employees and our borrowers. Through experience within this role, progression and learning of the senior levels of the role would evolve through growth in their current position and career pathing.

JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Provide research during Subject Matter Expert interviews and process demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with team members with the purpose of collecting data
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation
  • Schedule and lead meetings with stakeholders to identify process or system improvements
  • Organize large sums of data and consolidate into meaningful data
  • Track and provide status communication to senior management
  • Bridging gaps between the business and IT by outlining problems and opportunities
  • Perform Stakeholder analysis and ROI calculations
  • Other job functions may be necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a business analyst or analytical capacity preferred
  • Candidates need to have a well-rounded background within Operations and specifically HELOS
  • Worked in various departments to experience different HELOS functions and responsibilities
  • Proven ability to think nimbly and creatively to solve complex problems
  • Individually driven to create a customer centric work product that seeks to deliver on the outputs whilst being anticipating the changing environments
  • Ability to synthesis complex data for high level presentations to senior level employees

WORK SCHEDULE OR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Flexible work schedule. Currently remote position, however, may be required to be onsite in Rancho Cordova as "Return to Work" procedures are established.

Training / Licensing Requirements:

  • Must pass the Company's Background Screening process prior to beginning employment. Additionally, as a condition of employment, you may be required to pass client-specific background check requirements or Federal/State licensing requirements, if applicable.
