The Contract Management Project Specialist / Lien Release Team member is responsible to collect functional and application data requirements from internal customers & vendors. Create and provide data analysis solutions using Microsoft Access. Designing database tables and structures. Creating views, functions and stored procedures. Writing optimized SQL queries for integration with other applications. Creating database triggers for use in automation. Maintaining data quality and overseeing database security. Analyzing the needs of internal departments and assisting staff with development. Reviewing code to ensure best practices are in place. Analyze complex data to develop automated reporting with VBA and Excel. Create macros to work with a huge amount of data and for Excel reports.


• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers
• Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
• Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Serves as the conduit between internal and external customers and the software development team through which requirements flow.
• Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates.
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
• Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
• Ensuring data integrity, providing data quality and validation preparing test scripts and executing test scripts and creating business models, process models, data models and workflow models
• Reviewing and updating policies and procedures.
• Ascertain training needs, create training models and provide training to internal and external customers.
• Create blast communication for internal and external customers to ensure standard process if followed across board.


• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ Years of Mortgage Servicing Experience required.
• Self-motivated with a good attitude and the ability to work independently when required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Access Database, SQL, Data Analysis, Reporting, Visual Basic programming, and Microsoft Office Automation is a must.
• Technical and analytical skills required for making decisions and piecing together information.
• Ability to make decisions independently within set policies/procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving skills and sound judgment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational abilities and time management skills.
• Must be a team player with strong attention to detail.
• Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous mortgage lien release experience processing experience, preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
