POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to a Director or Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), this position will support Ocwen Financial Corporation Originations Finance team and provide financial support for individual business segments of the company. The ideal candidate will take a proactive approach in supporting Originations Finance Management to provide sound financial reporting, data analysis and the creation and maintenance of impactful financial and KPI reporting. The role requires a keen attention to detail as well as independent problem solving and critical thinking skills. Primary areas of focus include, but are not limited to, data mining, reporting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, support for month-end accounting process, and ad-hoc assignments. JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Produce reporting on key business and financial metrics
• Prepare monthly variance analyses and commentary for supported area(s) of the business
• Develop new reporting to highlight relevant KPIs as business needs evolve
• Update headcount reporting and capacity models for supported area(s) of the business on a monthly basis (or as needed)
• Assist with creation and consolidation of monthly business review (MBR) data sets, charts and graphs
• Track vendor expenses for Originations IT and other departments supporting the business
• Assist with preparation of monthly statistical account entries and expense allocations
• Assist with submission and reconciliation of budget/forecast to Hyperion EPM as well as resolution of reporting issues
• Support Finance leaders with ad-hoc analyses, research, and presentation creation
• Support Finance leaders with ongoing FP&A enhancement/transformation initiatives
• Become a trusted business partner within the Originations Finance team

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a similar role (FP&A, Corporate Accounting, Financial Analytics, etc.)
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required, MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred
• Prior mortgage or financial services experience a plus
• Self-motivated, results-oriented team player with superior analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to dive deep and be curious to uncover opportunities
• Highly regarded for teamwork, flexibility, integrity, ethics, and professionalism
• Strong communication skills
• Must have a flexible attitude and the ability to manage change effectively
• Ability to both take direction and show initiative
• Strong skills in Excel (incl. financial modeling, pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint required
• Experience with Hyperion EPM, Oracle Fusion (Accounting GL), and Power BI (or similar products) a plus
• Must have strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines

WORK SCHEDULE OR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Full-time, with additional hours required at times.
