POSITION SUMMARY:
JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct audits in processes related to record services. Ensure correct steps of the processes are being followed based on pre-defined checklists
• Provides feedback to management team to assist in performance improvement initiatives
• Review and evaluate procedures to identify trends to increase efficiency
• Meet or exceed individual departmental standards
• Maintain system integrity via input of data and tracking
• Maintain and grow subject matter expertise by keeping up to date with Record Service procedures and processes
• Maintains effective ongoing communication with teammates and team leaders
• Cooperates, shares, and supports the goals of the corporation
• Other duties and special projects as assigned
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
• Graduation in any field is a qualifying criterion
• 1-2 years of experience in US mortgage servicing is preferred
• Extremely detail oriented
• Organization and time management skills
• Good communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
